Tadic: all crime perpetrators must answer Print

11 July 2009. 13:45

Serbian President Boris Tadic has stated on the occasion of 14th anniversary of the crime in Srebrenica that for the sake of all innocent victims, all those who have committed war crimes must be in the Hague Tribunal. He said that Serbia is firmly determined to complete the cooperation with the Tribunal, not only because it is our legal obligations, but also for ourselves, reconciliation among peoples and more prosperous life in the Balkans, communicated the presidential press service. While pointing out that Serbia is doing everything in its power to arrest Ratko Mladic and end the cooperation with The Hague, Tadic said that there is no collective guilt of one people, as those who have committed crimes have names. The 14th anniversary since the massacre in Srebrenica is marked today, when the military forces of the Republic of Srpska, headed by Ratko Mladic, committed genocide over thousands of Bosniaks.
