EUROPE FOR ALL drive Print

November 09, 2009

Serbian Deputy PM Bozidar Djelic, who is in charge of European Integrations, has launched a project EUROPE FOR ALL, within which 50 Serbian citizens who have not been to the EU so far and have some exceptional achievements, will travel to Rome, Berlin, Brussels and Paris on the first day of visa liberalization. Alluding to the fall of the Berlin Wall, the 20th anniversary of which is celebrated today, Djelic said those 50 citizens will symbolically break through the Schengen wall. The head of the European Commission delegation in Belgrade, Vincent Dejaire, said the forthcoming visa liberalization resulted from the Serbian government’s efforts in the past two years. This drive is organized in cooperation with the European Movement in Serbia, some Belgrade media and is endorsed by the European Commission and the Italian, French and German embassies.
