SNC: entering Kosovo with passports in spite of UN Resolution Print
November 14, 2009

The Serbian National Council of Kosovo and Metohija criticized the EU mission in Kosovo that, in spite of UN SC Resolution 1244, tolerates a decision of the Pristina authorities to allow Serbian citizens enter the province only with the passport. The international community and EULEX do not act in accordance with Resolution 1244, and represent mere observers in the process of the Pristina illegal institutions according the internationally unrecognized Martti Ahtisaari’s plan, reads the SNC statement. The Council urged the international community to immediately react and put out of force illegal and illegitimate decision of the interim institutions in Kosovo and show that its presence in the province is neutral and in accordance with all relevant international documents on Kosovo.
