Tadic: gratitude to the patriarch for his deeds and words |

19 November 2009.  Serbian President Boris Tadic has said farewell today to the deceased Serbian Patriarch Pavle, while thanking him for his deeds and ethical teachings, which have been left as a testament to the Serbian people. Tadic gave speech at the memorial service to the late patriarch, which was also attended by Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic with members of the government, Parliament Speaker Slavica Djukic Dejanovic and MPs from all parliamentary parties, as well as numerous state delegations and dozens of thousands of citizens.
